The USB-Switch can also be ordered with an opening relay. This device ios always switched on even without an USB connection and the switching command cuts the power supply. Ideal if connected devices are to be restarted by power interruption.

The USB-Switch can also be configured so that it turns on automatically at system startup without logging in or sending a command. We have extended our program USBswitchCMD so that it can activate the "Auto-On" function in the USB-Switch.

The command
    USBswitchCMD -m 2
turns the PowerOn mode on and
    USBswitchCMD -m 1
deactivates this mode and returns the USB-Switch to its default state.
